Boysenberries are large plump and juicy berries that were made famous by Knott's Berry Farm in California. For decades they have been a favorite berry for pie and yogurt makers and confectioners. This berry has a distinctly wonderful flavor that is gaining popularity in the juice drink and ice-cream trades. Because the flavor of Boysenberries is so desirable, it seems that no matter how many we pack, there never seems to be enough to go around.
We "Individually Quick Freeze" most of our Boysenberries, but we also provide product for juice and puree uses. Please contact us for more information.
