Harvest Season: July and August 
Blueberries are a new IQF product for us. In this last year we have developed relationships with a few local growers that can provide premium quality blueberries for our IQF pack. Their focus on high quality and low stem counts fit our requirements. We have always been interested in providing premium quality blueberries to our customers and now it seems the timing is right. In 1997 we processed some IQF blueberries to get a foothold in the marketplace. We have been very encouraged by the positive reactions from our buyers and the request for samples from our 1998 pack.
