Evergreen Blackberries are another delicious pie berry unique to the Northwest. They are a close relative to the sweet and flavorful Himalaya blackberry that grows wild and free in the western states. Evergreens ripen in the warm days of August and September. The long days and direct sun that the fields get in these late summer months endows the fruit with high levels of natural sugars and flavors.We "Individually Quick Freeze" most of our Evergreens, but we also provide product for juice and puree uses.
